Juha Koskinen

Juha Koskinen founded Kospro in 2019. His desire to innovate the construction industry and create new services for the sector served as the driving force behind establishing the company. He considers the development of procurement significance and expertise level in the industry to be of great importance.

Juha has over 20 years of experience in construction projects and procurement. His extensive insight and ability to apply his knowledge and experience stem from being involved in over 200 projects and various contract models. He embraces procurement challenges with open arms and tackles them both as a leader and a team player.

In the free time, Juha enjoys family time with his wife, Julia, and their two young children. Sports—both playing and watching—help him relax and clear his mind. Friends also play a crucial role in his life as he balances family, entrepreneurship, and well-being.
