Nina Kaukoranta
Director of Procurement Development
Nina started at Kospro in the spring of 2023 in the role of procurement development director. Nina's expertise includes sustainability and low-carbon procurement, international procurement, as well as leading various working groups and training sessions.
Nina has accumulated experience in the construction industry and procurement since 2011 when she began exploring the field through a three-year procurement trainee program. Since then, she has gained diverse experience in the construction industry and procurement in various roles, from project procurement to strategic procurement and its development, as well as training.
Before joining Kospro, Nina worked for 3.5 years in international procurement, leading, developing, and supporting the international procurement of projects at various stages of the procurement process, from the estimation phase to the implementation of the contract.

Balance and diversity are important to Nina, and outside of work, she can be found in the dance hall, with a paintbrush in hand in front of an easel, or enjoying nature with her dog and loved ones.
