this time it's Lasse writing, the latest addition to Kospro's team from the construction industry's player market. I started working at Kospro as a procurement engineer at the beginning of August, and my onboarding has been swift."
"I hold a Master's degree in Construction Engineering. I studied at Aalto University here in Otaniemi, so with my leap to Kospro, I returned to the roots of my education in the heart of Otaniemi. My major was Construction Management, and my thesis delved into the world of procurement. My thesis examined the use of different decision-making methods in procurement processes and the impacts of price and quality on procurement decisions.
I have gained experience in the construction industry in both site tasks and procurement. In recent years, I have mostly been involved in the project procurement of unique residential and commercial properties, during which I have also had the opportunity to see and experience design management."
"By nature, I am organized and calm. I value the functionality of things and processes in both my everyday life and work. I often contemplate how something could be done more wisely and effortlessly. I believe this trait will be an asset at Kospro.
In my free time, I enjoy both playing and watching floorball. Additionally, my spouse and I like to cook together, do DIY projects, and spend time in nature."

How did I end up at Kospro?
"The path to Kospro was through LinkedIn, where I saw Juha looking for additional strength for the procurement engineer role in his team. That's how the discussions started, and my interest in Kospro's operations deepened even more. In the end, everything clicked so well that it was impossible to turn down the offered opportunity. At the beginning of August, I joined the team, full of enthusiasm! It has been great to see how each customer's needs are taken into account, and how we strive to find the best solution for everyone."
