WHAT IS IT LIKE TO WORK AT KOSPRO?

"Hello,

My name is Tuomas Kainulainen and I work at Kospro as Director of Customer Relations and Procurement Specialist. I started at Kospro in the fall of 2021. I graduated from the Otaniemi University of Technology as a construction engineer in 2010.

In my previous employment, I was involved in all stages of the project, from design management to final financial reviews. I worked in procurement for a total of over 10 years. I have been involved in implementing projects in fixed-price, turnkey, design-build, and alliance contracts. My most significant responsibility in procurement has been the tendering of technical building services contracts for several years. Currently, I focus on improving the flow of contracting, optimizing the profitability of contracting, and enhancing the sector-specific forecasting accuracy of HVAC contracts.

The key principles of the procurement process and the wishes of the clients are thoroughly reviewed at the start of each project and new client relationship to ensure that consensus is achieved.

Since the company's core business is based on providing high-quality expert services, the constantly changing market situation challenges us to seek new procedures and alternative solutions to address the challenges we face. Although the company is small, the solid expertise of the staff complements each other in such a way that we can serve any client from modular residential construction projects to land sales, from developing client contract materials to procurement training."

Because the working environment in a small company is hectic yet tasks are performed in a planned and efficient manner, individual actions have immediate impacts. The goal is naturally to pleasantly surprise the customer at the end of each assignment. Every client should be treated with the necessary commitment from the perspective of the customer's ultimate benefit.

The undeniable advantage of a small company is the rapid and effortless dissemination of information throughout the entire organization. Sensible system choices support the smooth execution of daily tasks.

As an example of the company's internal agility, it can be mentioned that a solution to relieve neck stiffness caused by desk work was found in one minute of consideration – a masseuse comes to the office once a month to alleviate acute stiffness for everyone."
