ENTREPRENEUR'S DAY - THOUGHTS FROM ALONG THE JOURNEY
In five years, more has happened than I could have ever imagined. The company, which started as one man's dream, has grown into a team of six experts. This journey has been full of successes and disappointments, but we have learned a lot from all the experiences and moved forward. We have reached customer segments that I couldn't even think or dream of in the early stages.
The journey hasn't always been easy, and the changing world situation and price volatility have brought additional challenges to the operations. However, this uncertainty has given just the right amount of extra push and challenged us to develop the company to adapt to the changing world. Mistakes should not be regretted either. They have been part of the journey and have given us the opportunity to learn and grow. This mindset has driven us forward at every turn.
One significant change I've noticed is the increased use of digital tools, such as Teams, in the construction sector. Where remote meetings were rare five years ago, they are now commonplace. This has been a great development step for the entire industry - the construction sector is truly evolving!

What has entrepreneurship taught me?
Entrepreneurship has offered a vast amount of learning and new opportunities. While successes have been significant, I have learned that they also need to be celebrated – even small victories are important. Sales have come into my job description as a new aspect, and it has been one of the most important skills I have developed as an entrepreneur. I have also had the opportunity to meet many new people, hear different opinions and perspectives, which have helped me grow both as a person and a leader.
I must mention that there are plenty of clothes and products with the Kospro logo – a small but significant part of brand growth!
The importance of family on my entrepreneurial journey
Entrepreneurship has demanded a lot, but it has also taught me important things about balancing my own well-being and family life. In the early years, I worked almost around the clock, but over time I have learned that family time must be given priority. Small children have been a big help in making sure that work issues stay in the background when stepping home. This balance has been a key learning experience I have gained through entrepreneurship.
And I wouldn't have managed without my wife, Julia, who has been my support and safety in all situations. Also, my other family members, friends, and a few close entrepreneur friends have been invaluable – with them, I have been able to share thoughts and feelings that only another entrepreneur can fully understand.
Looking towards the horizon
The next five years look bright and full of opportunities. Our goal is to introduce new services to the construction industry and expand our operations even further. Kospro is growing and evolving, and the next step is to reach out to international markets as well. We are ready to conquer more!
The journey so far has been full of learning, growth, and overcoming challenges. As an entrepreneur, I can say that this has been the best decision I have made.
Happy Entrepreneur's Day to all entrepreneurs!
